Members and youth athletes at Crescent Boat Club are required to adhere to the following by-laws, rules, policies, and safety restrictions. These apply to everyone rowing from #5 Boathouse Row, including athletes in our summer programs and members of our resident crews.

Rules of the River

The Schuylkill Navy of Philadelphia sets the traffic pattern, right-of-way rules, and safety requirements for the entire river above Fairmount Dam. Every rower on the Schuylkill is bound by them, whatever club they row from.
